What to Expect
We will begin the week with a Healing & Wellness Village, a day of rejuvenation and holistic care. The event will feature free offerings such as yoga, sound healing, reiki, massage therapy, acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition education, and wellness screenings.
Some of our confirmed partners include Aya (yoga + sound healing), Balance U (acupuncture), Bintuitive Massage (massage therapy) and Genesis (massage therapy), the Massage School of Tennessee and American Heart Association will lead walking sessions, CPR and First Aid demonstrations and blood pressure checks, reinforcing our commitment to holistic family health.
This opening event sets the tone for the week—centered in rest, healing, and the reminder that wellness is resistance.
While registration is not required to attend the Healing & Wellness Village, some workshops may require you to RSVP. Those sessions will be marked once announced.
